WE are delighted to offer a selection of workshops in the new studio in Limerick
All courses are designed for a maxiomum of eight students, as Annemarie would like to give you all as much individual attention as possible
Courses begin at 10.00am and finish at 4.00pm each day, however students are welcome to continue painting in the studio until 9.00pm if they so wish.
I will pop in from time to time to see how you are getting along.

April 7th - 11th 5 days ( Fully Booked)
Watercolour Landscapes
Tackle all the elements of watercolour landscape painting in watercolour.
Learn to paint beautiful skies, trees and water, and gain confidence with watercolour painting along the way
Course cost euro 275


April 21st - 25 th 5 days
Alternative approaches to watercolour landscapes
Learn to express yourself in watercolour by experimenting with acrylic inks,and creating fabulous pen and wash paintings.
Zoom in on the subject and find something that gets you excited , and then go for it.
This course helps you to be unique ib your expression of the subject.

May 7th - 11th Exploring Acrylics 5 days
This course is designed to help students become more creative in their approach to painting.
We will explore texture, colour, and design in your painting.
This medium is capable of being used either like watercolour or oil, and therefore opens up a whole world of possibilities.

July 7th-11th 5 days
Flowers in watercolour
Start out painting fast and loose , and work towards a more considered work.
Have a look at colour mixing, design, hard and soft edges,beautiful washes.

November 10th- 12th 3 days
Landscapes in oils
Learn to paint "a-la-prima" as the masters did
Start your journey by learning how to prepare a canvas or board, how to mix colour,and Annemarie's own keyboard method for laying colour on the pallette.
Learn too, how to make beautiful, bold, gestural strokes that will give vitality to your painting.

Painting Holidays in Provence

Annemariealso tutors workshops in Provence.

This year Les-trois-puits offers 4 workshops, two in June and two in September.
Painting on location and in the studio are on offer here

Each morning we travel to one of the nearby towns or villages and arm ourselves with enough sketches to come home and work some of them up to finished paintings in the afternoon.
The afternoon session takes place under the shade of the mulberry trees in Guy's garden.

Around 4pm we all head for the heated pool and relax before partaking in one of Guy's incredible meals.
